Delivery

Free UK Delivery on all UK Mainland orders

Once an order has been placed, we will endeavour to advise our customers, within 24-48 hours, of the approximate delivery date. We will always try to deliver the items to our customer as soon as possible. However, due to a shared stock system implemented between the UK and The Netherlands, we cannot offer next day delivery.

Delivery charges vary depending on the total amount ordered and the delivery destination. Delivery charges can be found below.

Delivery charges

  • Orders below £150.00 are charged at a standard delivery rate of £3.95 per order.

  • Orders over £150.00 qualifies for free delivery in the UK*

*Postcodes in the following areas will incur a further £9.95 charge which will be added at checkout:

      • Highlands & Islands of Scotland:
        • IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

      • Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly:
        • BT, IM, TR21-25

      • The Channel Islands:
        • GY, JE

  • All of our standard delivery accessory items and small post-able furniture items, if in stock, will be dispatched directly from our warehouse and will be with you within 5 working days.

  • If you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card. Please arrange for your free re-delivery or pick-up directly with the delivery provider.

  • We make every effort to ensure that all items will be delivered within the promised timescale, however we still rely on a third party courier for our deliveries and Orientique shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. In the event your order is not delivered, please contact our customer service department who will be able to assist you.

  • Our terms, conditions and guarantees do not apply once items are removed from mainland UK.

International Delivery

  • We currently offer deliveries to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and Wales.

  • If your country is not listed above, please note that we are happy to accept orders from all over the world. Please contact Customer Services by email for more information; customerservice@orientique.co.uk

  • Please note that if items are taken overseas our standard terms and Conditions and guarantees do not apply.

  • Please also note that returns, replacements and refunds, if agreed, will only be made to or from a UK mainland address.

  • UK retailers are not legally obliged to refund VAT for purchases made by Channel Island or overseas residents who are exporting the items to an overseas address.

  • Because of the level of administration involved, Orientique’s policy is not to refund VAT on such purchases.
